Glass Fairness Pitcher 200 ml

A fairness pitcher — gongdao bei — solves a small but real problem: the tea that leaves the pot first is weaker than the tea that leaves last. Brew into the pitcher, then pour, and every cup is the same.

Glass also lets you watch the colour, which is how most people judge when to stop a steep.

Let it come to room temperature before pouring boiling water into it, and it will last indefinitely.
